Sunday

Well, I'm bummed about the Colts losing on Sunday against the Bears, but it makes me kind of glad that I didn't stay up to watch the game. I worked 13 hours in OT this weekend, and I was beat. We were in bed by 9:30 PM. I did tape the game though and hope to be able to watch the entire thing. Gerrit was the gatorade boy for the game, and mom and dad were sitting at the 10 yard line. I was hoping to see them on national tv. I did watch the first half of the game, but was busy eating fried chicken and folding laundry. I was doing more listening to the game than watching. Hopefully I'll be able to watch it with my magnifying glass later.

More in boring work news, goal is 8.7 mil this month! They're making me crazy. The higher goal is, the less my bonus is. I've worked nonstop since September started, and once everything from this weekend processes, I'm pretty sure that I will be at 50% to goal. (That probably makes it seem easy) When rankings came through yesterday (for Thursday and Friday) I was projected at 214% to goal. I don't think that I'll actually hit that, but it would be the best yet. I'm trying to stock up some extra moolah this month, because D and I are going to Gatlinburg in October, so I'll be lucky to hit goal next month.

Ever been to Gatlinburg? Know of something fun we should do? We're thinking about taking our bikes and riding around Cade's Cove if we can. We went there on our honeymoon (can you believe that was 2 years ago?) and we hit all the restaurants, the aquarium, some trails, and most of the shops. There was a little shop in the village that I really liked, but I looked it up on google, and it is no longer there, bummer. We're trying to decide what we will do this time. There's a little indoor waterpark at our resort, so we thought if there was bad weather one day we would do that. Comment and let us know!
