Today is December 30th, and as you do not know.. I hope anyway, otherwise you are far weirder than even I, December 30th, 2004 is the day Dusten and I had our first kiss. Now the truth of the matter is that this kiss happened about 5 minutes before the stroke of midnight, but it was still the 30th none the less. D and I had been "dating" since November 11, and I practically had to beg him to kiss me. We were in Kissimmee, Florida on a mission trip. (Cute I know) A completely inappropriate time to be thinking about kissing someone. So we're staying at a hotel. This was 2004 mind you, we had girls rooms and boys rooms. We were saying goodnight on the outdoor hallway between our rooms, you what I'm talking about right? So there were are, me just begging him to please kiss me, and he politely declines, saying " I don't want to kiss you right now", and then 10 seconds later he did. It's all a blur from there, but I remember running back to the room and telling all the girls like a 6th grader. Of course, I don't think I was kissing boys in 6th grade, but you get my drift. So in honor of this national holiday worthy occasion, I've added the best and worst of our kissing pictures, ok it's really all of them, but I thought it would provide you some humor to end the year.
